Our Story

 

Premier Athletic Development was built from a simple mission — to give back to the next generation of athletes. After years of competing and learning firsthand the power of training, nutrition, and mental performance, we came to find there was something missing in the athletic journey - a complete approach that develops the whole individual, not just their physical ability.

What started as a personal pursuit to simply “find a better way” evolved into an obsession — to educate, empower, and elevate athletes.

 

This obsession is what fueled the creation of the Premier Athletic Development system.

 

A system designed for those looking to pursue their true athletic potential by bridging the gap between strength and conditioning, performance nutrition and mental performance.​​

Strength & Conditioning

Strength & Conditioning at Premier Athletic Development is dedicated to the systematic development of the four physical capacities that collectively create elite athleticism —speed, strength, power, and conditioning.  We prioritize movement competency and long-term athletic development so training supports performance today while laying the foundation for future success. 

Performance Nutrition

Premier Athletic Development approaches performance nutrition as a skill set - not a set of rules. We teach athletes how to fuel, hydrate, and recover in ways that support growth, consistency, and high-level performance. By focusing on sustainable habits instead of restriction, nutrition becomes a competitive advantage that evolves with the athlete, and remains with them for their life after sport.

Mental Performance

Mental performance training develops the habits and skills that allow athletes to train with intent and compete with confidence. Through structured work on focus, self-talk, goal setting, and reflection, athletes learn how to stay present and adaptable under pressure. The Premier Athlete system integrates psychological skill development within an athlete's pursuit of their true athletic potential.
